Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of civil, structural, and utilities scope works for the Tram to Springvale Roads upgrades project
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
• Support cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Prepare essential documentation including ITPs, NCRs, permits, and daily reports
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and project engineers to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 1–3+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or construction (graduates with relevant placement experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a positive onsite attitude
• A strong commitment to site safety and contributing to a supportive team environment
