Site Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with the Site Manager on all electrical works
• Carry out Quality Assurance inspections and review design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations
• Identify and validate deviations from specifications
• Quantify electrical supplies and equipment required for RFP development
• Review contractor technical compliance with contract requirements
• Ensure adherence to all procedures and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, construction, and inspection for Solar projects
• Working knowledge of UPS, power transformers, synchronous motors, power generators, and power distribution/control
• Familiarity with IEC, BS, NEC, and local regulatory standards
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to be assigned to Negros, Tarlac, or Bacolod

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in Solar projects
• Knowledge of local dialects
