Site EHS Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the Site EHS Manager in performing risk assessments and defining control measures
• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of emergency plans
• Provide advice to site personnel to prevent injuries, equipment damage, and environmental pollution
• Support the development and deployment of local EHS procedures aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Ensure site compliance with EHS plans, guidelines, and local legal requirements
• Conduct EHS inductions, training programs, and Tool Box meetings to develop a safety culture
• Capture, report, and investigate accidents/incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Perform regular inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of specific experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
• Deep knowledge of local legal EHS requirements
• Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking and a rigorous, action-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing site or Regional Center
