Site EHS Lead

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain compliance with local, regional, and national EHS rules and regulations
• Implement the ZF EHS program and manage day-to-day EHS support, including equipment release and hazardous material management
• Educate site leadership on pending legislation and assist in setting up compliance systems and internal audits
• Provide EHS training for new employees, regulatory topics, and periodic refresher training for leaders
• Report EHS performance, incidents, and corrective actions through corporate and governmental systems
• Facilitate EHS process optimization, cost reduction activities, and support lean workshops
• Prepare and participate in periodic EHS meetings and annual Management Reviews to develop site-specific objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary education in a technical field
• At least 5 years of comprehensive EHS knowledge and experience
• Proven experience in team management
• Experience working within an international company is a significant advantage
