Site Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the full lifecycle of project documentation for the BECCS project during the construction phase
• Update the Document Management System (DMS) with subcontractor data, including names, PO numbers, and distribution lists
• Perform formal checks on site documentation (technical, quality, HSE, and administrative) to ensure compliance with project requirements, coding, and templates
• Distribute the latest official document revisions to designated recipients and manage the "for review/approval" cycles
• Prepare and manage transmittals and maintain a complete transmission audit trail
• Manage site-specific documents such as Field Design Changes (FDC), Site Instructions (SI), and Site Technical Queries (STQ)
• Maintain digital and hard copy filing systems, including SharePoint folder structures and retention rules
• Act as an operational interface between the Client, Site Management, Engineering, and subcontractors
• Collect and verify final documentation, including As-Built records, certificates, and test reports
• Prepare Project Record Books (PRB) by collecting documentation from all project departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in site document controlling within a construction or EPC environment
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Strong IT skills, specifically advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
