Site Director

Responsibilities

• Accountable for site-level revenue, EBIT, and cash flow targets through disciplined execution and risk management
• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and support functions
• Develop and deploy annual operating plans, budgets, staffing plans, and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and data-driven problem-solving methodologies
• Partner with Business Development and Sales to ensure proactive communication and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high-performance culture through coaching, talent development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., ITAR, OSHA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Minimum 10 years of combined commercial and operations experience
• At least 7 years in progressively responsible management roles
• Experience in a high-mix, mid-sized manufacturing or defense environment
• Strong capability in budgeting, resource planning, and KPI management
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and build multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business
• Experience working within a matrixed organization
