Responsibilities

• Deploy Group strategy at the site level and ensure alignment with corporate directions
• Achieve industrial objectives regarding safety, quality, costs, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor site performance through KPIs, budget management, and regular reporting
• Manage, animate, and unite teams around common goals to improve industrial efficiency
• Develop skills and promote industrial best practices within the site
• Maintain a constructive social climate and facilitate dialogue between services
• Ensure QHSE compliance, monitor audits, and guarantee the safety of people, property, and the environment
• Supervise site maintenance, equipment reliability, and energy consumption optimization
• Drive continuous improvement processes and lead necessary industrial transformations
• Oversee site purchasing, supplier evaluation, and stock management
• Represent the site to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the deployment of HR policies including training, engagement, and integration

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operational team management and production management
• Experience in a demanding industrial environment
• Strong leadership, rigor, determination, and autonomy
• High relational intelligence and ability to build trust
• Professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency in IT tools, specifically SAP
