Site Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-department team including Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators
• Build a high-performing culture focused on leadership, accountability, and agility
• Manage KPIs for employee safety, food safety, quality, order accuracy, cost, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics to optimize production plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead teams through change management
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Define and improve standard processes for Warehouse, Portioning, and Pick & Pack
• Ensure compliance with Global DC Audits and regional Occupational Health & Safety standards
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and upgrades

Requirements

• 10+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety in warehouse/production environments
• Experience managing large-scale operations with multiple management tiers
• Proven ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse systems and controls
• Ability to travel within Canada up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or licenses in Lean Six Sigma
