Site Development Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Development, Vertical Construction, and Engineering Services teams to identify timelines and objectives
• Coordinate field issues with engineers and manage site inspections with local jurisdictions
• Manage technical construction documents including drawings, shop drawings, and inspection reports
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud to integrate and manage project documentation
• Schedule and lead construction milestone meetings such as pre-construction and progress meetings
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project completion
• Track project data, water meter status, and various as-built surveys (foundation, storm, utility, ALTA)
• Perform BMP inspections and coordinate NPDES/SWPPP monitoring setup
• Assist site development contractors in resolving construction-related problems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate's, or technical degree
• Professional Engineering Licensure
• Familiarity with Autodesk or BIM360
