Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Champion Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance and foster a culture of zero harm
• Lead and develop a small team, overseeing training and competency development
• Ensure site compliance with HSSE regulations, including management system implementation and audits
• Maintain emergency response readiness through procedure reviews and equipment testing
• Lead asset integrity planning and execution across capital and maintenance programs
• Manage shipping schedules, product availability, and quality assurance processes
• Oversee efficient terminal operations, including fuel sampling, testing, and truck loading support
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and local community members

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational teams with a focus on collaboration
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills to uplift team capability
• Experience in terminal operations, asset management, and capital program delivery
• Deep commitment to HSSE compliance and safe work systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with additional hours required for shipments (evenings, weekends, or holidays)
