Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the delivery of Playworks’ play-based program model across 2–4 assigned partner schools
• Deliver on-site coaching, consultation, and modeling to school personnel
• Coordinate with school administration, educators, and recess teams to schedule program delivery
• Support implementation of core program components including recess, student leadership, and instructional classes
• Maintain accurate program documentation, schedules, and reporting
• Track and organize program data, notes, and communication

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working directly with youth in school or youth development settings
• Experience working collaboratively with adults and supporting training or coaching
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate small and large group interactions
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard digital tools
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally
