Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement consultative play-based programs at multiple public elementary schools
• Coordinate with administrators and educators to schedule programmatic delivery and maintain documentation
• Deliver onsite coaching, consultation, and modeling to school personnel regarding recess and leadership programs
• Organize student leadership programs and lead play-based instructional classes
• Provide school personnel with action plans, feedback, and monthly training on best practices
• Maintain professional communication with school staff, teachers, and volunteers
• Support regional team with programmatic learning, curriculum development, and fundraising projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working directly with small and large groups of children
• Experience facilitating meetings and training for adult audiences
• Extensive knowledge of youth development principles and practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and virtual meeting platforms
• Ability to travel to various regional school sites
• Access to reliable transportation for daily travel
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk in various weather conditions, and lift up to 50 pounds
