Site Coordinator - Onboarding focus

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordinator for the Søborg site, linking employees with site service and shared service functions
• Own and manage the local Service Point to ensure efficient support for employees and managers
• Coordinate and drive the onboarding process for new hires and internal movers to ensure a seamless transition
• Provide proactive guidance and support to new employees and their managers throughout the onboarding journey
• Monitor onboarding activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate the provisioning of workplace equipment, access rights, safety gear, and other essential resources
• Continuously improve, document, and optimize onboarding and site coordination processes
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and the overall workplace experience

Requirements

• Proven excellence in complex administrative coordination, ideally within an international or matrix organization
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across local and global teams
• Strong service mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality employee experiences
• Experience in process improvement, including standardizing or scaling administrative workflows
• High level of independence and the ability to proactively solve problems
• Fluency in both English and Danish is required
