Site Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and yearly closing processes
• Ensure accurate forecasts and monitor economic and financial performance
• Ensure plant profitability in line with budgetary KPIs and performance targets
• Provide plant management with tools to monitor profitability
• Plan costs and monitor results
• Analyze actual vs. target deviations and implement corrective measures
• Lead and optimize plant accounting
• Implement strategic planning and budgeting in collaboration with the plant manager

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and controlling
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• In-depth knowledge of financial statement preparation and accounting
• Proven ability to manage cash flow
• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and MS Office
• Knowledge of IFRS and HGB
• Strong analytical and structured working skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
