Site Content Manager, Health & Wellness

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customer-centric content and product merchandising strategies for the health and wellness category.
• Curate product assortments and bundles tailored to specific health goals, such as sleep, gut health, immunity, and fitness recovery.
• Create cohesive, regimen-based shopping experiences by identifying complementary products.
• Lead the development of health topic pages that educate and guide customers through complex nutritional concepts.
• Collaborate with SEO, medical, and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Analyze performance data of bundles and curated collections to iterate based on customer behavior.
• Partner with marketing, product, and UX teams to execute integrated campaigns and personalization initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, content strategy, or a related field.
• Background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or equivalent hands-on expertise in the supplement industry.
• Deep knowledge of dietary supplements, wellness trends, and emerging ingredients.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive merchandising and content decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Asana.
• Ability to translate complex health topics into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly content.
