Site Commercial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, accounting, and financial tasks for construction projects
• Process and maintain project-related documentation
• Record minutes from negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and participate in meetings
• Book incoming and outgoing invoices for the project
• Obtain, monitor, and book security instruments (promissory notes, bank guarantees, cash deposits)
• Collect and process offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare reports for management
• Monitor receivables collection
• Manage project petty cash
• Conduct inventory of equipment and materials

Requirements

• Higher or vocational education in economics preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles preferred
• Knowledge of the construction sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Independent, reliable, and accurate in daily tasks
• Ability to work in a team
• Category B driver's license
• Willingness to travel and work on projects in Continental Croatia, Primorje, and Istria
