Site Civil Engineer - Steel Structures

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the construction of steel structures for projects
• Ensure implementation of studies and completion of works according to schedules
• Oversee correct application of steel structure designs by subcontractors and site crews
• Ensure smooth and safe operation between crews
• Modify study designs when necessary and identify errors or omissions early
• Prepare reports and update the Site Manager and Project Director on progress
• Participate in drafting and monitoring supplier and subcontractor contracts
• Monitor and control work expenses
• Prepare certifications and accounts for subcontractors
• Maintain project diaries and records
• Ensure all constructions meet current regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English (oral & written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of REVIT or TEKLA is preferred
