Responsibilities

• Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers
• Lead project negotiations
• Monitor Procurement project QCDT and legal project evolution
• Ensure work package sheet commitment respect
• Prepare Business Awards
• Manage contracting activities and supplier contract execution
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality during project ramp-up
• Support commodity strategy and supplier panel elaboration
• Manage supplier relationships and performance measurement
• Assess risky suppliers and manage mitigation plans
• Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility engagements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business School master degree
• 0-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Knowledge of contract management and legal awareness
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier relationship management
• Certification in purchasing or strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to challenge and drive for results
• International mindset and fluency in English
