Site Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and monitoring of construction-related architectural submissions to ensure strict adherence to project specifications
• Provide leadership and expert mentorship to team members to foster professional development
• Orchestrate seamless coordination between various disciplines to ensure cohesive integration of all architectural elements
• Implement and oversee the Assurance system in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices
• Perform QA/QC on drawings in conjunction with architectural specifications to identify shortcomings, discrepancies, or scope gaps
• Review architectural plans, elevations, and sectional drawings for completeness and compliance
• Advise on interfacing details involving façade, landscape, interior design, and external areas
• Ensure all standard details are provided and advise on additional details to improve constructability
• Review and ensure compliance for Front of House, Common areas, Back of House, and service rooms regarding floor, wall, and ceiling finishes
• Study the constructability and practicality of handrails, corridors, staircases, and fire escape routes in compliance with statutory regulations
• Review and advise on lift and vertical transportation details and their coordination with interior design finishes
• Coordinate architectural packages with MEP services, acoustic requirements, lighting specialist needs, and external fixtures

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience
• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all finishing tasks, including painting, tiling, gypsum board installation, aluminium works, and woodworking
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel at an expert level
• Thorough understanding and practical experience with scheduling software
• Proven track record in architectural project management with a focus on quality control
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of architectural integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
