Site Architect

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site activities to ensure architectural designs are implemented correctly according to plans
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction issues
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Address and resolve on-site conflicts and make necessary adjustments to plans
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders, highlighting deviations and proposed solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders
• Liaise with clients to understand project needs and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and construction management
• Proven experience in construction supervision and working on-site
• Experience with large-scale horizontal building projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture
