About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage site resources, including monthly costs for labour, materials, and equipment to optimise efficiency
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, permits, and health and safety documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar role with a strong understanding of site management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately
- Excellent leadership skills to manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites
