Site Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide academic counseling on degree curriculums, regulations, and student progression
• Develop personalized degree plans and assist students with registration and course selection
• Guide students regarding financial aid, tuition assistance, and Veterans Affairs benefits
• Oversee site operations, including facility management, budget planning, and expense monitoring
• Maintain accurate student records and document all advisement interactions
• Engage with the local community to build partnerships and increase enrollment
• Ensure compliance with university policies, state regulations, and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of professional-level experience, preferably working with students
• Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience in academic advising or higher education administration
