Site Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising, degree planning, and student success coaching to assigned students.
• Guide students through curriculum requirements, registration, financial aid resources, VA benefits, and graduation planning.
• Proactively communicate with students to support retention, persistence, and timely degree completion.
• Maintain accurate student records using university systems including Campus Solutions, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Support local site operations through community outreach, student engagement activities, and facility coordination.
• Collaborate with faculty, site leadership, and university departments to enhance the student experience.
• Assist with budget-related processes, operational planning, and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in academic advising or student services.
• Proficiency with university systems and software platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing higher education support or student services.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse student populations.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for graduation activities and local travel as needed.
