About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage site inductions, employee registration, and profile updates
  • Coordinate medical appointments and process medical results
  • Handle access card requests and gate access concerns
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and compile weekly reports
  • Assist with onboarding, contract management, and pre-employment verification
  • Manage holiday records and track staff attendance
  • Support payroll through timesheet preparation and query resolution
  • Coordinate training details and maintain tracking lists
  • Process safety glasses prescription requests

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in civil or construction sectors is a plus
