About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage site inductions, employee registration, and profile updates
- Coordinate medical appointments and process medical results
- Handle access card requests and gate access concerns
- Prepare minutes of meetings and compile weekly reports
- Assist with onboarding, contract management, and pre-employment verification
- Manage holiday records and track staff attendance
- Support payroll through timesheet preparation and query resolution
- Coordinate training details and maintain tracking lists
- Process safety glasses prescription requests
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
- Experience in civil or construction sectors is a plus
