About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage site inductions, employee registration, and profile updates
- Coordinate medical appointments and manage medical results
- Process safety glasses prescription requests
- Prepare meeting minutes and compile weekly reports for clients
- Assist with onboarding, contract management, and document verification
- Manage holiday records and track holiday forms
- Support payroll queries and timesheet preparation
- Provide general HR assistance and maintain attendance records
- Coordinate training details and tracking lists
- Manage gate access and visitor pass requests
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
- Experience in civil or construction sectors is a plus
