About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage site inductions, employee registration, and profile updates
  • Coordinate medical appointments and manage medical results
  • Process safety glasses prescription requests
  • Prepare meeting minutes and compile weekly reports for clients
  • Assist with onboarding, contract management, and document verification
  • Manage holiday records and track holiday forms
  • Support payroll queries and timesheet preparation
  • Provide general HR assistance and maintain attendance records
  • Coordinate training details and tracking lists
  • Manage gate access and visitor pass requests

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in civil or construction sectors is a plus
