About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily absence and attendance reporting and AWOL tracking
- Maintain agency trackers and fire registers
- Provide administrative support and meeting note-taking
- Update communication boards with announcements and KPIs
- Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems
- Administer LMS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Process new starter documentation and right to work checks
- Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
- Manage site access permissions and support inductions
- Maintain training matrices and track holidays, appraisals, and reviews
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
- Confident communicator with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous
