About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily absence and attendance reporting and AWOL tracking
  • Maintain agency trackers and fire registers
  • Provide administrative support and meeting note-taking
  • Update communication boards with announcements and KPIs
  • Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems
  • Administer LMS systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Process new starter documentation and right to work checks
  • Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
  • Manage site access permissions and support inductions
  • Maintain training matrices and track holidays, appraisals, and reviews

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident communicator with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
  • Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous
