About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team at Palmer Wind Farm
- Manage site documentation, records, and filing systems
- Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Coordinate site inductions, onboarding, and training records
- Maintain workforce and timesheet data
- Support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company systems and procedures
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
