Site Activation Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and project management for global or multi-regional Site Activation activities.
• Lead start-up delivery from pre-award through activation and lifecycle maintenance in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned with study strategy and scope of work.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential document processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient study start-up execution.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to support study delivery and bid processes.
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development through bid defense and client engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven international project experience across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
