Site Activation Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of Site Activation activities, including Site ID, selection, ethics, regulatory processes, and contracting.
• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate site activation and ensure fast patient enrollment across multiple regions.
• Oversee the execution of study start-up and lifecycle maintenance in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain the Site Activation Management Plan according to the Scope of Work and Project Plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver project scope.
• Assess the regulatory landscape and provide accurate regulatory intelligence to support assigned studies.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and contribute to departmental and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a scientific or clinical environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead role.
• Demonstrable experience working in an international role.
