Site Activation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform site activation activities for assigned studies in accordance with local and international regulations, SOPs, and work instructions
• Review regulatory documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare and review site regulatory documents, ethics documents, Informed Consent Forms (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents
• Track and follow up on the progress, approval, and execution of essential documentation
• Distribute completed documents to investigative sites and internal project team members
• Support the maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, and project timelines with accurate information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience (1+ years in healthcare or a similar environment is advantageous)
• Fluent English language capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle change and ambiguity while working under general supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• General awareness of the clinical trial environment and the drug development process
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
