Site Acquisition Hunter

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site acquisition activities to ensure quality and deadline compliance
• Perform field prospecting to identify and evaluate potential properties based on technical and commercial criteria
• Consolidate and present technical information to relevant departments
• Gather and validate documentation for contract signing in compliance with legal criteria
• Interact with Engineering, Legal, and Licensing departments to ensure process fluidity
• Prospect licensable candidates in accordance with municipal, state, and federal legislation
• Monitor negotiations and acquisition stages, reporting status and risks
• Participate in lease contract negotiations and condominium assemblies
• Support licensing activities during field visits and inspections
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Previous experience in site acquisition or real estate prospecting, preferably in Telecommunications
• Proficiency with Google Earth
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of licensing, regularization, and contractual negotiation processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work in the field
