SIOP Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective SIOP process operations through reliable data preparation, KPI reporting, and timely transaction processing.
• Lead and develop the SIOP competence team, managing workloads to meet established SLA agreements.
• Drive the alignment of standard processes, timing, systems, tools, and KPIs to create a harmonized BA SIOP process.
• Build and maintain a strong cross-functional network across Business Areas to support alignment and information exchange.
• Establish and manage defined escalation processes to resolve resource bottlenecks and conflicts transparently.
• Support SIOP and related meetings to facilitate alignment and escalation handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Financial data analytics.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and operating complex processes and systems.
• Experience managing projects within an international or global context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a hands-on approach to organizational collaboration.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship available).
