SIOP Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process including demand, supply, inventory, and consensus on a monthly cadence
• Facilitate cross-functional SIOP meetings to align Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Maintain data input/output sources of truth and hold stakeholders accountable for accuracy in ERP and BI tools
• Partner with data science and digital teams to design and implement advanced analytics and scenario modeling
• Perform gap analyses between demand and supply to identify risks and drive mitigation plans
• Partner with Finance to ensure SIOP plans align with financial targets and revenue goals
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to forecasting, planning parameters, and inventory policies
• Provide executive-level SIOP reporting and scenario recommendations
• Coach and develop planners on SIOP concepts and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 5–8+ years of experience in demand/supply/production planning or SIOP leadership
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, or medical devices
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Kinaxis)
• Strong understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading impactful cross-functional projects involving data and business processes
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams
