About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit actors 4-6 weeks in advance using the established roster, ensuring appropriate role matching and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for upcoming simulations.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities by tracking actor hours for simulations and training.
- Submit weekly payroll forms to ensure accurate compensation.
- Create detailed schedules for in-person simulations, matching actors to learners and assigning simulation rooms.
- Develop schedules for virtual simulations, including the creation of individualized Zoom links for actor-learner pairs.
- Perform other logistics duties as assigned to support the Center for Experiential Pedagogy & Practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent scheduling and organizational skills.
- Strong record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with FERPA regulations.
