Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate real-world engineering problems into finite element analysis (FEA) models
• Perform static, nonlinear, vibration, and thermal analysis
• Interpret simulation results and recommend optimal solutions to the design team
• Correlate simulation results with physical test data and experimental results
• Provide weight-reduction recommendations for new and existing products
• Prepare and present comprehensive FEA reports and technical presentations
• Enable real-time data integration from sensors and IoT systems using digital twin concepts
• Automate simulation processes using Python and AI-based approaches

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Proficiency in ANSYS, ANSYS Fluent (CFD), LS DYNA, or ANSYS Motion
• Strong proficiency in PTC Creo
• Programming skills in Python for simulation automation
• Deep theoretical knowledge of Engineering Mechanics, Machine Design, and Engineering Materials
• Experience with simulation data management and lifecycle modeling
