Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Human Machine Interface (HMI) software for simulation solutions
• Derive system requirements from operational requirements
• Design software module architecture for new simulator functionalities
• Perform integration testing for simulation and virtualization products
• Work within an Agile team to develop graphical user interfaces, including data dashboards and simulator cockpits

Requirements

• Degree or Master's degree in Software, Aeronautical, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in JavaScript software development (front-end and/or back-end)
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and web frameworks)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Ability to work effectively in complex, international, and collaborative environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in data visualization, UI application development, or video game development
• Knowledge of ES6, Web Components, JS Async, or HTML Canvas
• Experience with Node.js, ExpressJS, or the Electron framework
• Familiarity with GIS libraries such as Openlayers, Cesium, or MapLibre
• Knowledge of WebGL, WebRTC, or ffmpeg
• Experience with C++ or Python
• Familiarity with HMI development technologies like Qt
