Silicon Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies by evaluating current and potential suppliers to ensure reliable partnerships and cost efficiency
• Assess supplier manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, and production capacity
• Drive improvements in supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to support product development and resolve component issues
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, purchase orders, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering, OR a graduate degree with 2+ years of experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA

Preferred Qualifications

• Procurement or strategic sourcing experience within the semiconductor industry
• Experience with custom silicon manufacturing and OSAT environments
• Strong understanding of foundries, global sourcing dynamics, and market pricing trends
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP procurement systems
