Silicon Ecosystem Partnerships Director

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with semiconductor ecosystem partners including foundries, ASIC design partners, IP providers, and EDA vendors
• Develop ecosystem partnership strategies aligned with the company’s silicon roadmap and commercial priorities
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, product, legal, and finance teams to align on technical requirements and commercial terms
• Develop strategic relationships across advanced packaging, CoWoS/2.5D/3D integration, HBM, and OSAT ecosystems
• Partner with business development and marketing to strengthen the company’s ecosystem narrative and market positioning
• Represent the company in partner meetings, industry forums, and strategic negotiations
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable partnership plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, or business development
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem (foundry, ASIC, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, OSAT)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills regarding licensing models and supply agreements
• Technical fluency in AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, HBM, and data center infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with semiconductor partners in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, or the United States
• Prior experience at a semiconductor startup, fabless company, foundry, or EDA vendor
• Familiarity with AI inference, hyperscale infrastructure, or high-performance computing markets
• Existing relationships with senior stakeholders across the semiconductor supply chain
