About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support within silica manufacturing areas
  • Assist with the setup, calibration, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
  • Support production processes, product testing, and problem-solving activities
  • Contribute to improvements in manufacturing standards, quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Assist in qualifying raw materials, chemicals, and other process inputs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings
  • Support testing and issue resolution for new and existing processes and equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and build or modify tools as required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or technical support experience
  • Basic mechanical and process troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and safety focus
  • Ability to work a swing shift with a flexible start time between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM ET

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical training or certification in a relevant field
