About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a high volume of SMB accounts.
  • Manage routine customer inquiries and coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to deliver supply chain solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers through virtual check-ins and performance reviews to drive satisfaction and prevent churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and product adoption.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and use data-driven insights to manage a large portfolio efficiently.
  • Update retention data and plan strategic next steps for churn prevention and growth.

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience in SMB account management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset and excellent written communication skills.
  • Must be located within the territory (Arlington, VA; Silver Spring, MD; or Takoma Park, MD).
