About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Signature member journeys end-to-end, including onboarding, clinic visits, and follow-up support
- Ensure all member interactions reflect high standards of hospitality, discretion, and personalized care
- Develop and maintain a Signature Member Playbook covering SOPs, tone of voice, and escalation protocols
- Coordinate clinic visits to ensure centers are prepared and members are personally greeted
- Build cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, legal, and clinic teams to improve processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-touch customer support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a premium audience
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve member needs
- Proficiency with scheduling, CRM, and case management platforms like Zendesk
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting VIP, executive, or international clients
- Language skills or cultural sensitivity
- Familiarity with healthcare environments or regulated service settings
- Experience in process documentation or SOP development
