Signalling Project Test & Commissioning Manager (PrCOM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of the Test and Commissioning (T&C) work package.
• Monitor and manage T&C activities in compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Railway Safety standards.
• Manage internal interfaces with project core teams and external interfaces with partners, third parties, and clients.
• Implement T&C processes in the field and ensure proper application by the project team.
• Prepare and manage field logistics, including materials, tools, documentation, personnel, and access arrangements.
• Report project-related issues, including defect descriptions and testing contexts, using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in T&C activities or railway signalling projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more railway signalling subsystems.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work night shifts as required.
