Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own signal-integrity and power-integrity analysis and signoff for the AI platform across silicon, package, board, and system
• Manage high-speed interface channels, power delivery, and decoupling strategy
• Use and develop AI-assisted tool flows to accelerate SI/PI modeling, extraction, and signoff timelines
• Partner with package, PCB, physical-design, and architecture teams to set and sign off SI/PI budgets

Requirements

• 5+ years of SI/PI experience on high-performance designs at advanced technology nodes (7nm or better)
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, HBM, or 112G+ SerDes
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Ansys HFSS, SIwave, RedHawk, Cadence Sigrity/Clarity, Synopsys, or Keysight ADS
• Expertise in link budgeting, channel modeling, S-parameter extraction, IBIS-AMI, and PDN analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2.5D / 3D and multi-die packaging (CoWoS, EMIB, chiplets)
• Knowledge of jitter/equalization design or co-packaged optics
• Experience in post-silicon SI/PI correlation and lab validation
