About the role
Responsibilities
- Work in a laboratory environment to validate designs and correlate measurements
- Take measurements and run experiments using VNA, TDR, and other high-speed test equipment
- Create and execute detailed test plans
- Follow industry best practices and methods for high-speed electrical measurement
- Manage the test queue based on priorities set by engineering management
- Generate reports and provide analysis for high-speed test data
- Maintain and improve required administrative systems and software tools
Requirements
- Experience working in an electrical test environment
- Systematic approach to defining and solving technical problems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with engineers and management
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (at least 90 consecutive minutes)
Preferred Qualifications
- Signal Integrity (SI) specific experience
- Associate degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Familiarity with high-volume cable manufacturing methods and processes
