Signal Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform signal integrity analysis and simulations for high-speed electronic systems and interconnects
• Develop and validate models using industry-standard tools to evaluate signal quality, timing, and performance
• Analyze transmission line behavior and high-speed circuit designs to identify and resolve signal integrity concerns
• Collaborate with hardware, PCB, package, and system engineering teams to optimize product performance and reliability
• Conduct power integrity assessments and support design improvements through simulation and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve signal and power integrity issues throughout the product development lifecycle
• Document analysis methodologies, simulation results, technical findings, and design recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in signal integrity or high-speed hardware design
• Experience with IBIS, HSPICE, ADS, MATLAB, Cadence PowerSI AC/DC, and Allegro
• Strong knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE or HSPICE

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed DDR interfaces, NRZ and PAM4 SerDes technologies
• Experience supporting high-speed PCB and package development
• Knowledge of power integrity (PI) analysis methodologies
• Research or project experience in signal integrity or power noise analysis
