SIGINT Intelligence Liaison

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to identify intelligence needs and translate them into actionable collection requirements
• Manage and facilitate the use of secure, classified networks for transmitting intelligence
• Prepare and deliver briefings, talking papers, and intelligence reports to stakeholders
• Ensure all intelligence sharing complies with regulatory frameworks
• Provide intelligence for electronic operations, target packages, and mission planning
• Lead cryptology efforts including SIGINT and cybersecurity/Information Assurance
• Exercise operational control over military cryptologic activities through the Central Security Service (CSS)

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Experience in collecting, intercepting, and analyzing electronic signals (COMINT, ELINT, or FISINT)
• Experience in signal data manipulation, decoding, and extraction
• Proven ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and behaviors in data
• Experience producing tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence reports
• Experience briefing findings to senior-level officials
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work onsite in Ft. Meade
