Siemens Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Siemens PLC programs for the Laser Mégajoule project.
• Participate in functional analysis and the drafting of technical specifications.
• Perform testing, acceptance procedures, and commissioning of installations.
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions and technical issues.
• Contribute to the evolution of control and command systems.
• Interface with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security requirements within the nuclear environment.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation.
• Significant experience working within the nuclear sector.
• Mastery of Siemens automation environments.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stakes environments requiring strict nuclear safety compliance.
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
