Siebel CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process studies and process re-engineering
• Coordinate between IT/Systems and Business stakeholders
• Lead workshops for business requirements gathering and functional mapping
• Prepare gap analysis, functional architecture, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform application testing and user training
• Manage end-to-end change management activities as part of business process consulting

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Siebel implementation experience
• Experience in CRM consulting for large customers
• Thorough functional knowledge of Siebel 7.x/8.x applications, Siebel Tools, and Siebel architecture
• Experience with application integration and CRM Analytics
• Proven track record of at least 3 full life-cycle Siebel implementations
• Experience in industries such as Marine, T&L, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Banking

Preferred Qualifications

• Siebel 8 Certified Business Analyst
• Experience with Marketing (Campaign Mgmt), Sales, Service, and Call Center solutions
