Siebel Application Designer

Responsibilities

• Design solutions satisfying business requirements utilizing Siebel frameworks
• Provide thought leadership on solutions for Call Centre, Service to Sales, and B2C requirements in collaboration with offshore vendors
• Develop and maintain Technical Specifications and Programming standards
• Ensure application performance within established SLAs
• Assist in delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Develop working relationships with Business and IT stakeholders
• Keep abreast of emerging CRM and Call Centre technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with full application development life cycle
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Siebel technology
• Experience with Siebel 8.x
• Proficiency in Siebel functionality: EAI, VBC, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Genesys CTI, Web Service Integration, EIM, Leads Management, and Campaign Management
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model
• Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Java, VB, or C++
• Knowledge of financial and insurance industries (Group Health Benefits, Group Retirement Services, Direct sales)
