About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic accounts, including order negotiations, delivery management, receivables, and compensation responses
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through product promotion and securing customer projects
  • Negotiate foundry-related terms and execute contracts such as NDA, MSA, MOU, and LTA
  • Manage overseas subsidiaries and agencies, including sales, credit, and receivables management
  • Provide market insights regarding industry business models and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing related to SiC, GaN, or Power Discrete/Module products
  • Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese
  • Technical understanding of compound semiconductor technology
  • Ability to travel overseas without restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Trade and INCOTERMS
  • Specialized knowledge of SiC, GaN, or power semiconductor products (e.g., MOSFETs)
  • Experience in global B2B sales with Tier-1 automotive parts manufacturers or industrial power equipment manufacturers
